There will be morning and afternoon sessions. Riders are asked to bring their horses into the arena, saddled and haltered or bridled, to introduce horses to each obstacle in hand. Each session will begin with an unmounted course walk with verbal instruction on how to execute each obstacle safely, while a volunteer participant provides a ridden demonstration.
Once the course walk is completed, riders will mount and practice riding the obstacles. Pam will provide additional instruction and assistance from the ground where needed. At the end of each session, riders will have a chance to ride the entire obstacle course in sequence.
